Our market knowledge and database of transactional evidence helps when negotiating a settlement or agreeing new lease terms. In addition to utilising the latest market information we also have an up to date knowledge of legislation, case law and new precedents. When the need arises we prepare representations for arbitration or independent expert witness submissions and also act as Expert Witnesses before the courts where appropriate.
