If you wish to apply for a property please download and complete the Application Form as well as the Letsure credit search. Once completed return these along with a holding fee of £100 to our Sheffield office at 82 Queen Street, Sheffield, S1 2DW. Cheques should be made payable to 'Brownill Vickers' or Cash is accepted in the office. We can also accept payment over the phone by Credit Card subject to a processing fee. If you then withdraw from the application process you will forfeit the holding fee (£100). If the Landlord declines your application having had sight of the results of the credit search you will also be responsible for the payment of the credit search fee (£25). In this case the remaining £75 from the holding fee will be refunded (£75). Brownill Vickers charge a single application fee of £85 plus vat which is payable upon signing the tenancy agreement. At the time of signing the agreement Brownill Vickers will always request payment of the first months rent upfront and the rental bond in cleared funds be it cash, debit card, bankers draft or building society cheque but not a personal cheque.
