
Energy Performance Certificates Available Now
Brownill Vickers can now produce EPC's on commercial buildings.
Senior Surveyor, Robert Payton-Green has succesfully completed the accreditation course as an energy assessor meaning that Brownill Vickers can now produce Energy Performance Certificates on commercial buildings. It is a requirement that when a commercial property is sold or let that an EPC should be produced and available for inspection by interested parties.
This regulation is part of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive which requires all EU Countries to establish minimum energy performance standards for buildings.
