Portals & Websites

Our website is fully interactive with a property search but we also utilise Rightmove and Zoopla to provide the best exposure available.

We also register all deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Management Software

Brownill Vickers utilise the Re-Leased management software, which allows Landlords/Tenants and Property Managers to have interactive applications, thus allowing all facets of management to be visible to all stakeholders throughout the rental process.

Landlord Fees

Our Fully Managed Services costs are:

  • £250 plus VAT letting fee
  • 10-12.5% plus VAT monthly management fee

Our Let Only Service costs are:

  • £300 plus VAT letting fee
